What to Expect

ADHD coaching is not about trying harder or fixing who you are.

My approach is holistic, practical, and deeply individual. Every client brings their own strengths, patterns, experiences and challenges, which means there is no one-size-fits-all approach. Together, we work to understand what is really getting in the way and build strategies that are realistic, sustainable and designed around how your brain works.

This work is for people who are ready for meaningful change and willing to engage with the process. Lasting change doesn't come from pushing harder—it comes from understanding yourself more deeply and creating systems that support the life you want to build.

Rather than focusing only on symptoms, I work through several different lenses to uncover where support is needed most. Depending on your needs, our work may focus on:

  • Understanding Patterns: Exploring the habits, beliefs and ways of coping that may no longer be serving you, and identifying what is keeping you stuck.

  • Executive Function & Practical systems: Building strategies around planning, organisation, prioritisation, time management and follow-through that work with your brain rather than against it.

  • Nervous System Regultion: Understanding overwhelm, stress, emotional regulation and energy management, and creating ways to support greater balance and resilience.

  • Mindset & Self-Compassion: Untangling years of self-criticism, perfectionism and unrealistic expectations, and developing a more compassionate and sustainable relationship with yourself.

  • Strengths, Identity & Growth: Moving beyond simply managing ADHD and creating a life that feels aligned with your values, strengths and goals.

My role is not to tell you who to be, but to help you understand yourself more deeply, create supportive structures, and develop ways of living and working that feel both sustainable and authentic.

Together, we create change that lasts. Not through perfection, but through greater awareness, practical tools and a compassionate understanding of how your mind works.
