Navigating the world of ADHD can be challenging for parents, teens, and their families. My Teen & Young Adult ADHD Coaching program is designed to provide the support and guidance needed to foster understanding, resilience, and growth. Here’s what you can expect:
What to Expect
Tailored Coaching for All Ages: Coaching is customized to meet the unique needs of each individual.
Practical Strategies: We'll co-create tools and techniques around EF skills, communication, time management, and emotional regulation that can be used in all settings.
Empowerment and Advocacy: Sessions help the client, and better understand their unique brain and explore communication skills which is a crucial aspect of their development.
Building Understanding: I create an open dialogue to help clients foster foundational knowledge of their ADHD and its affects on their lives, which results in self-acceptance and embracing their unique neurodiversity.
Life Skill Development: Beyond managing ADHD symptoms, I focus on developing essential life skills that contribute to overall well-being. This includes building self-confidence, enhancing social skills, and promoting healthy habits.
Ongoing Support and Follow-Up: ADHD Coaching is not a one-time event. I provide ongoing support, accountability, and progress monitoring with strategy adjustment along the way.
Teen & Young Adult ADHD Coaching aims to cerate a nurturing environment where clients can build their confidence and build practical real life skills. By fostering understanding, resilience, and connection, I help clients navigate their ADHD journey with success.
