What to Expect

  • Tailored Coaching for All Ages: Coaching is customized to meet the unique needs of each individual.

  • Practical Strategies: We'll co-create tools and techniques around EF skills, communication, time management, and emotional regulation that can be used in all settings.

  • Empowerment and Advocacy: Sessions help the client, and better understand their unique brain and explore communication skills which is a crucial aspect of their development.

  • Building Understanding: I create an open dialogue to help clients foster foundational knowledge of their ADHD and its affects on their lives, which results in self-acceptance and embracing their unique neurodiversity.

  • Life Skill Development: Beyond managing ADHD symptoms, I focus on developing essential life skills that contribute to overall well-being. This includes building self-confidence, enhancing social skills, and promoting healthy habits.

  • Ongoing Support and Follow-Up: ADHD Coaching is not a one-time event. I provide ongoing support, accountability, and progress monitoring with strategy adjustment along the way.
