ADHD Coach & Consulting
Calm, practical support for real life with ADHD
I support individuals, including late-diagnosed and high-achieving adults, to understand how ADHD is actually showing up in their daily lives, and to find ways of working that feel more manageable and sustainable.
Many of the people I work with are capable, thoughtful, and trying hard.
From the outside, things may look like they’re holding together.
But underneath, there is often a constant sense of overwhelm including difficulty starting, following through, managing time, or staying regulated when things feel too much.
This work is about gently reducing that friction.
Not by forcing change, but by understanding patterns and building practical systems that fit your life, your environment, and the way your brain works.
Support for teenagers and young people
I also work with teenagers and young adults, particularly during times of transition including GCSEs, A levels, college, and moving towards work or independence.
Many young people with ADHD are:
Quietly overwhelmed
Struggling to manage expectations
Losing confidence as pressure increases
Unsure how to begin, even when they care
Alongside this, parents are often holding concern, frustration, and uncertainty about how best to support.
Coaching provides a steady space for young people to begin understanding themselves differently, and to build confidence, awareness, and practical ways forward at a pace that feels manageable.
ADHD Teen Group Coaching-Launching Soon
Small, supportive group coaching for teenagers and young adults with ADHD is currently in development.
This will be a calm, structured space to:
Feel less alone
Build understanding
Develop practical tools alongside others who “get it”
If you'd like to hear when this launches, you're welcome to register your interest.
ADHD coaching is not about fixing you
It’s about understanding how things are currently working, and where they’re not, without judgement.
Many people experience an ongoing tension between what they know they’re capable of and what they’re actually able to do day-to-day.
This can show up as:
Starting things late, or not at all
Feeling overwhelmed by simple tasks
Struggling to organise or prioritise
Emotional ups and downs that feel hard to manage
A growing sense of frustration or self-doubt
Over time, this can affect confidence, motivation, and overall wellbeing.
Coaching creates space to slow this down, make sense of it, and begin building ways forward that are realistic and supportive- not rigid or overwhelming.

What ADHD Coaching Really Supports
How we work together
This is a collaborative process.
We work together to explore what’s happening, identify patterns, and develop practical approaches that feel achievable in your real life.
The focus is not on changing who you are, but rather how you show up for yourself.
It’s on creating ways of working, learning, and living that support both your capacity and your wellbeing.
This process works best when you are open to reflection, willing to try small changes, and ready to engage with the process, even if you’re unsure where to begin.
A grounded and professional approach
As a Certified ADHD Coach trained through ADD Coach Academy (ADDCA), as well as ADDCA Family trained, my work follows recognised professional standards, including those of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and the Professional Association for ADHD Coaches (PAAC).
This ensures coaching is delivered in a way that is structured, ethical, and evidence-informed, while still being human, flexible, and responsive to you.
Why ADHD coaching can feel different
With the right kind of support, things begin to shift — often in quieter, more sustainable ways than expected.
You may begin to notice:
A clearer understanding of how your mind works
Less internal pressure and self-criticism
More consistent ways of starting and following through
A steadier sense of confidence
Better awareness of what actually supports you
This is not about becoming a different person, rather slowly shifting who you are being for yourself.
It’s about working with yourself in a way that feels more aligned, more manageable, and more sustainable over time.

FAQ's 1:1
Do I need a formal diagnosis to work with you?
No. I work with both diagnosed and undiagnosed clients with a focus on uncovering your strengths and finding ways to design a life that supports you regardless of a formal diagnosis.
What's the duration?
Sessions are 60 minutes, tailored to your preferences and are held over Zoom. Engaging in coaching is a commitment, and clients often experience gradual improvements after each session.
What can I expect in a coaching session?
We'll begin with you selecting a topic to focus on and explore its significance through targeted questions and coaching techniques. Each session is collaborative and personalized.
Coaching vs Therapy?
Therapy typically addresses deeper mental health issues and often delves into healing from past experiences. Coaching is more future-orientated and goal-driven. I collaboratively work with clients to figure out what you want to do with what you've learned.

I have had a wonderful Journey with Randi. For me, a great coach is one who is empathetic and understanding from both a training and life experience point of view and asks the right questions and then reflect back key learnings so there’s a takeaway that’s actionable and I can be held to account after each session. 5 stars is a slam dunk. Thank you Randi!
Hannah
I can’t recommend Randi highly enough as an ADHD coach. She was incredibly supportive, insightful, and practical from the very beginning. Rather than just offering quick fixes, she helped me truly understand how my brain works and gave me tools I can actually use in everyday life.
What I appreciated most was that her approach empowered me to coach myself over time whilst building confidence, self-awareness, and strategies that genuinely stick. I’ve come away feeling clearer, more capable, and far less overwhelmed. If you’re looking for an ADHD coach who is knowledgeable, compassionate, and focused on long-term change, Randi is exceptional. 💛💛
