Nice to meet you
ABOUT ME
Welcome! I'm Randi, and my journey into ADHD coaching began when I witnessed the transformative power of coaching in helping individuals embrace their neurodivergence as strengths. While therapy explores the 'why' behind behaviors, coaching focuses on actionable steps for the future, which has been liberating for me. I’m passionate about sharing this knowledge and witnessing my clients' growth.
Having navigated ADHD diagnosis and treatment in both the US and the UK, I understand the challenges of accessing support. I aim to make ADHD coaching more accessible, especially for those facing financial or emotional barriers.
As a parent of a neurodivergent child, my motivation to understand our brains has deepened. Supporting my child through school challenges has enriched my coaching philosophy, which is rooted in empathy and understanding. I strive to create a safe space for individuals to explore their challenges and celebrate their unique gifts.
Before coaching, I spent 10 years in corporate HR and management, gaining insights into workplace dynamics and the importance of effective communication. Additionally, my experience in property renovations and management taught me strategic planning and adaptability—skills essential for navigating ADHD challenges.
Feeling a disconnect in my corporate life, I sought a more meaningful purpose, leading me to Cornwall, where I embrace a lifestyle centered on well-being and connection to nature. Now settled in the UK with my two children, I enjoy traveling to reconnect with family and friends, playing football, mountain biking, and cooking.
I invite you to join me on this journey of discovery and growth. Together, we can unlock your potential and create a life that resonates with your true self
