Nice to meet you
ABOUT ME
Hi, I’m Randi — The Cornwall ADHD Coach.
My journey into coaching began when I discovered how powerful it was to focus on practical steps forward, not just the “why” of the past. That shift has been life-changing for me, and it’s what I now share with my clients.
As a parent of a neurodivergent child, I understand both the challenges and strengths ADHD brings. Combined with over a decade in corporate HR and management, plus years of navigating my own diagnosis in the US and UK, I bring empathy, strategy, and lived experience into every session.
I take a holistic, trauma-informed approach to coaching, weaving in nervous system regulation techniques alongside ADHD-friendly tools. This creates a safe, supportive space where clients can explore challenges, strengthen self-trust, and design systems that fit their lives.
Today I work one-to-one with adults and entrepreneurs, helping them manage focus, confidence, and executive function. At the same time, I’m developing new programs for teenagers, young adults, and athletes — especially around big life transitions like moving into college, apprenticeships, or balancing sport with everyday life. This is where my passion lies, and I’m excited to expand this work in the months ahead.
Away from coaching, I enjoy traveling, cooking, and exploring pottery as a new creative outlet.
