Child, Teen, Family Coaching
Navigating the world of ADHD can be challenging for children, teens, and their families. My Child, Family, and Teen ADHD Coaching program is designed to provide the support and guidance needed to foster understanding, resilience, and growth. Here’s what you can expect:
What to Expect
(Waitlist open for 2025)
Tailored Coaching for All Ages: My coaching is customized to meet the unique needs of each individual and the family unit as a whole.
Practical Strategies: We'll co-create tools and techniques around EF skills, communication, time management, and emotional regulation that can be used in all settings.
Empowerment and Advocacy: Sessions help children and teens better understand their unique brain and explore communication skills which is a crucial aspect of their development.
Building Understanding: I create an open dialogue to help children and teens foster foundational knowledge of their ADHD and its affects on their lives, which results in self-acceptance and embracing their unique neurodiversity.
Life Skill Development: Beyond managing ADHD symptoms, I focus on developing essential life skills that contribute to overall well-being. This includes building self-confidence, enhancing social skills, and promoting healthy habits.
Ongoing Support and Follow-Up: ADHD Coaching is not a one-time event. I provide ongoing support, accountability, and progress monitoring with strategy adjustment along the way.
Child, Family and Teen ADHD Coaching aims to cerate a nurturing environment where families can thrive together. By fostering understanding, resilience, and connection, I help children and teens to navigate their ADHD journey with confidence and success.
